When you install our App, you authorize us to access certain data from your Shopify store. We access this data through the Shopify API. This data includes:

• Product Information: (read_products, read_product_listings, read_collection_listings) to understand your product catalog, collections, and inventory to suggest relevant items for promotions. We may require write permissions (write_products) to create or modify product collections for specific user segments.
• Order Information: (read_orders, read_draft_orders, read_fulfillments) to analyze historical sales data, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of discount campaigns.
• Customer Information: (read_customers) to analyze customer behavior and help you create targeted segments for promotions.
• Discount and Pricing Information: (read_discounts, read_price_rules) to understand your past promotional strategies. We require write permissions (write_discounts, write_price_rules) to automatically create discount codes and pricing rules as part of our Services, upon your instruction or approval.
• Store Analytics and Marketing Data: (read_analytics, read_reports, read_marketing_events) to gain insights into your store's performance and how marketing activities correlate with sales.
• Store Settings & Content: (read_themes, read_locations, read_content, read_legal_policies, etc.) to understand the context of your store's operation and ensure our App functions correctly within your store's environment.

The extensive list of permissions requested is to ensure our AI agent has a comprehensive understanding of your store to provide accurate, data-driven recommendations and automated campaign creation. We are committed to using this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

2.2. Information from Google Analytics

If you choose to connect your Google Analytics account to our Services, we will collect information related to your website traffic and user behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Traffic source data
• User session data and on-site behavior
• Conversion rates and goals
• Audience data

This information is used exclusively to measure the impact of the discount campaigns created through our Services and to provide you with a clearer understanding of your return on investment (ROI).

2.3. Personal Information You Provide

We collect the email address associated with your Shopify account for communication purposes, such as sending service-related notifications and support responses.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
• To analyze your store's data and generate AI-powered recommendations for discount campaigns.
• To automatically create and manage discount campaigns based on your settings and approval.
• To measure, track, and report on the performance of your promotional activities.
• To personalize your experience with our Services.
• To communicate with you, including responding to your support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations and Shopify's requirements.

Important Note on Data Usage: Your specific store data is kept in a secure, isolated environment. We will not use your store's sales data, customer data, or product data to train AI models for any other customer.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to others. We may share your information with third parties only in the following situations:

• Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party cloud service providers (such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform) to host and store your data. These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your data.
• Third-Party Integrations: If you choose to connect our App with other third-party services (e.g., Klaviyo), we will share the necessary data to facilitate that integration upon your explicit instruction. Your data, once shared with such a service, is governed by their privacy policy.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. However, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as our App is installed on your Shopify store. If you uninstall our App, we will retain your data for a period of 30 days. This allows for a "cold start" prevention, enabling you to seamlessly resume using our Services if you choose to reinstall the App within that period. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
